The 2nd Annual Tri-Carson will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011. The City of Carson, the Carson Chamber of Commerce and California State University Dominguez Hills are happy to invite you to participate in this community event. The race will be held on the CSUDH campus and surrounding streets.

Reverse Triathlon will consist of a 5K Run, 12 Mile Bike, and 150 Meter Swim in the CSUDH pool. |

Parking Directions |
|
Parking is available for all participants and spectators on CSUDH
campus. There is a $4 fee to park on the campus. Park in lot 3 or 6 and please arrive at least
1-hour prior to the race in order to park. No pets allowed. |

7:10 a.m. Reverse triathlon participant mandatory meeting at finish
line/expo area.
7:30 a.m. Reverse Triathlon Start
The Reverse Triathlon has a completion time limit of 2 hours and 15
minutes. Triathlon participants should bring their own swim cap. Minimum
age limit for the Reverse Triathlon is 13 years old.
Pool Temperature: The temperature may fluctuate due to the weather and
is expected to be about 78 degrees. Please come prepared. The pool
temperature will be announced during the Mandatory Triathlon Meeting at
7a.m. Swim caps are not provided and are not mandatory, please bring
your own.
Awards Presentation for top overall finishers will be at 10 a.m. at
finish line/expo area.
Food fest at Home Depot Center at 12:00. |

The course is located on the streets of Carson and on the CSUDH campus.
The course is NOT a flat course and does have some inclines. Adjustments
have been made so that the race route is less hilly compared to last
year's event. The Reverse Triathlon consists of a 5k Run, 12 Mile Bike
Ride, and 150 Meter Pool Swim at the CSUDH campus. |

Driving Directions to CSUDH, 1000 E Victoria Street,
Carson, CA 90745
Driving South on 405 Exit Avalon Blvd
Turn left (North) on Avalon Blvd and right on Victoria Street
and right into the campus. Park in lot 3 or 6.
Driving North on 405 Exit Avalon Blvd
Merge right (North) on Avalon and right on Victoria Street and right into the campus. Park in lot
3 or 6.
Plenty of space to register! Bring your friends and family.
